Job Description:
Hardscape Project Foreman is responsible for performing and overseeing the hardscape construction on residential and commercial projects as directed by Hardscape Operations Manager. You will also provide

strong leadership to the project crew to ensure a quality, timely, and profitable completion of our hardscape installation projects. We expect the highest level of results and customer service from all of our

employees, especially our Foreman.

Position Overview:

Lead and manage a 3-4 crew members in the construction of a variety of hardscape projects, such as but not limited to...residential and commercial driveways, patios and walkways, pool decks, retaining walls,

seating bench walls, fireplaces and fire pits, outdoor kitchens, masonry walls and columns, veneer stone work, foundations, etc., etc..

   Qualifications and Skill Requirements: (at a minimum of)
   - Minimum of 1-2 years verifiable experience as a Project Manager, Foreman, or Crew Leader,
   - Minimum of 2-3 years of hardscape layout experience,
   - Minimum of 2-3 years of excavation and grading experience,

- Minimum of 2-3 years of concrete paver, brick paver, bluestone, flagstone, travertine, various concrete finishing installation experience,

- Minimum of 2-3 years of retaining wall, seating bench wall, and fire pits installation experience,

- Minimum of 1-2 years of masonry work such as fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, masonry walls and columns, veneer stone work, and foundation construction experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership experience

   - Must be able to operate a Bobcat, trac-hoe, and other necessary equipment handling,
   - Must be a "hands-on" Foreman and capable of performing manual labor on a daily basis,
   - Able to lift 80lbs,
   - Must be able to read blueprints and properly and accurately,

Qualifications and Skill Requirements: (at a minimum of)

   - 2-3 years of verifiable landscape maintenance crew leader experience,
   - 2-3 years of proper maintenance techniques with mowers, weedeaters, edgers, trimmers, blowers, spreaders, and pole saws,
   - 2-3 years of tree and plant identification knowledge,
   - 1-2 years of problem solving tree or plant maintenance issues,

The Hardscape Supervisor position will be responsible for overseeing 3-4 hardscape crews, along with the coordination, scheduling, and construction of each of their residential and/or commercial

projects...start to finish.

   Position Overview:
   The Hardscape Supervisor's responsibilities to include but not limited to...
   - The coordination and scheduling of the hardscape crews,
   - Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hardscape construction projects they are assigned,
   - Coordinate and schedule all hardscape project materials and deliveries,
   - Communicate the project time-sensitive task sequence to all Project Managers and material suppliers to effectively achieve customer satisfaction,
   - The Hardscape Supervisor is accountable for the timeliness and quality of each and every project... start to finish,
   - Manages the assignment of company equipment to maximize efficiency for each assigned project to maintain schedules and meeting budget goals,
   - Daily report the project(s) progress and schedule to the company President,
   - Serving as the on-site representative for the Company with customers and/or contractors,
   - Maintaining strong customer and community relationships, and perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate,
   - Attend commercial project pre-construction and job meetings (when necessary),

   - Ability to coordinate and organize all different aspects of construction project phases,

- 2-3 years of verifiable large truck / flatbed dump truck (ex. Ford F-650 or GMC C4500) driving experience,
